RATurday Update 2!

Okokok! Time for our second weekly update!

UnCre Rattery:

The Lux kiddos are growing fast and have reached the "inquisitive popcorn" stage! Anytime I'm in their enclosure, I'm guaranteed to have at least two or three pounce on me. They all appear to be developing wonderful little personalities and I should be making decisions on availability next week! I want them to have one more week to grow and develop to ensure they're happy and healthy, and to of course pick my holdbacks!

Aosoth's beans have reached the "OMGWTF IS THAT" stage which is often part of the process of growing up. I'm going to continue to assess temperament development while being minimal with handling. I take a minimalist approach to handling the little ones until they're about 4-5 weeks old, so that I can ensure that good temperaments are genuine, and not just from regular desensitization to certain conditions and stimuli.

I have been working on a new section of the site that will be available only to approved adopters. This area will be used to showcase kiddos that are going to be made available in the very near future, so that my approved adopters can have a head start on Announcement day! Reservations will still be made on a first-come, first-served basis, but this way people looking to adopt can already have an opportunity to make a reservation BEFORE the kids are posted on social media. These posts will take place a day before the official scheduled availability announcement (listed on the Upcoming Litters page).

UnCre Reptarium:

Not a whole lot to update on with the reptiles!

Both of the dragons are officially OUT of brumation, which to me says we're going to have a short winter. I always trust the word of the dragons over ol' Phil 🤣

Otherwise, everybody is continuing to grow and thrive and pairings are still proceeding successfully with Mother x Norman, Ungoliant x Oracle, and Rogue x Creature.

I'm also excited that two of the snake babies I've hatched late last year have or will be going to their new homes with two of my friends! So congrats, guys! I hope you enjoy the babies as much as I have! 🥰
